Ok I've gotten through the maze multiple times with zero problem. I was doing the searching for madness quest and couldn't beat the Hira'zinn. So I wanted to get back to blackwater to get the armour set. I travel all the way back to the maze and it seems like the maze has changed on me. I've been through it multiple times already but not it won't let me through. There is an exit to a room I'm in to continue to the ladder up and it won't let me through the door in the wall.

No, the maze stays the same during play. (If not, I'd be interested. Never say never after all...)
Your actual hero was already in BWM or Prim?

As already noted, with an existing character, no (unless there's a bug). With a new character ...

Using same hero that has already completed all the blackwater quests. Had also been back 3 other times to grind. I was trying to get back to get again to get a full blackwater armor set and weapons.
I've added a copy of the current map where I'm stuck at. I'm the X and there is an exit to that room to the left of the X. The game will not let me through the open door in the wall.

I wish I could even get to the big room. That is blocked for me as well. I wonder if the map is the same layout for everyone or is it randomfor each of us?

I'm having a similar problem. I'm trying to get back from Prim with a character I had saved before downloading the new beta, and I can't get figured out how to get back to Stoutford now.

so I didn't have that issue.
