Yeah, I got fed up enough that I dug though the source code...
...and finally realized it wasn't the guard IN the jail (who knows where the boss is) that had the dialogue I needed, but the guy standing OUTSIDE it that I need to talk to (the new AT directory helped too). I guess I missed him when I thought I re-interviewed everyone in town the THIRD time. That said, it might make sense if the guy at the jail had a clue what to do with crime reports...

No, that woman is mostly harmless.

Obviously you haven't talked to everyone in Brimhaven. Best to it again systematically 🙂

Why was the fault of Ogea and not Mustura? I think -- she has something to hide
