Hey, does anybody know how many skeletons you have to beat for this quest?

they are in every building. Also when you are on the wall they may not be visible so you will need to hug the south part of the wall
There is also one where you open the gate. So go through there and do so.

Thanks for the fast answer! Unfortunately, I have looked everywhere for hours and searched all suggested places, but still nothing. I tried counting all undead soldiers, I`ve already killed

Have you also checked the
tower in the new area of Stoutford. There is none there next to a guard.

There is a basement, and the entrance is not obvious (although the fact that is there is clearly visible)

They will play again in another quest, you will like that scene. But it's a very big quest still far in the future.
