Hi AARQ, welcome to the forum! Good job completing the final quest of Thieves Guild. But, maybe, there will be another quest or two on the next update.
Your last dialogue for it should be:
"Finally, this job is done. Now I should take a rest and regain my strength." Ergo, take a rest or do the remaining achievable quests.

So far yet so good to go for a long ease journey like Blackwater Mountain (BWM) or for a long challenging journey like Remgard.

I was in Blackmountain, and then I received the Mermaid Scale..

Thanks to that shady deal I fell unconscious 4 times.. at least and lost my close shot at level 25..

You are not alone, buddy.
That's the main reason why I grind tirelessly for exp, gold, and hp potions (specifically Regular Potion of Health) or consumables (specifically meat).

Yeah I had about 75 meats and 50 bonemeal,

When I tried to find Remgard it was becoming difficult to keep my consumption low.. so I went back to black water......loooong....trail back...

Everything was going decent.. 40ish meat and 30ish potions.. and a lot of deaths.

Do you know if there is anything worth buy at BWM?
