Lol, it suddenly gets a lot tougher, with the "lich poison" and other conditions affecting you at the same time.

Those Rotworms are a pain! Still, better in-game than real life, right?
Disclaimer: I've never actually had worms of any kind
There's a lot of fun
new conditions after the update and I'm working on writing up a list so I can add them to the first post. Luckily, I remembered to do so before going through the quests with my secondary character.

I have experience of some tropical worms / parasitic animal... And it is the most unbleasant thing in my life... Trust me on this one.... I have encountered severall other not common disabilities, diseases, etc in my life...
