gargoyle cave?

Hello to all. First off, really love the game. I'm at the end like most of you, but I can't find the gargoyle cave everyone's talking about. I feel foolish but could someone help me out? Where are the gargoyle trainers?

I had a little trouble finding it too lol I made three laps around thr map and then gave up, I finally stumbled upon it by blind luck. Follow the big dirt trail south east and search for gaps in the tree line. You'll find it

I found the cave and beat the trainer but i never spoke tk anyone in tge game about it. Is there a quest attached to the cave?

There's no specific quest but the reward for beating the boss is well worth it. It's also the best place to level up while we wait for the next release.

Although hobo2 is correct, there also is an item here to be acquired worth the time it takes. Read the forum topic "ring of lesser Shadow" to learn more.
