Does the "weak Poison" actor condition inflicted on the NPC by the "Blackwater Poisoned Dagger" stack?
In other words, can the hero inflect the condition on the NPC even though it is already currently inflicted? Thus causing the NPC to lose more HP/round or have the condition for longer than 5 rounds?

It does not...at least yet. You can see this by copying and pasting the item list into the content editor.

I would rather say by copying the actor conditions, no?

Maybe someone could change it cause poison should always stack  :D

Well, there are many differents "kinds" of poison. There are plenty of animals in the world (irl) that neutralize their prey with poison that is completely harmless to humans. There are animals that, if bitten by, would put you down and out for weeks but be non-lethal. An eastern diamondback rattlesnake's bite can contain enough venom to kill up to ten people, but the mortality rate of those bitten is about 10%-20%. There are plenty of animals on earth that kill their prey with venom, but are entirely unaffective against humans. A "daddy-long-legger" spider has venom that would kill a human, but their fangs are not large enough to even break the inner layers of our skin. Refering back to the rattlesnake, the average bite can contain 400-450 mg of venom, but can contain up to 1200mg of venom. A bite of 500mg would affect you just as much as a bite of 1000mg, both are equally threatening ,in short, not all poison should mean death, or even bodily harm. Because of this poison SHOULD NOT always stack, but in some instances, yes it should stack.

@level 32, I was able to get my Blackwater build hero through the Spider Cave with relative ease.

I have not played a "Blackwater Build", mostly because both times through, I sided with Prim.

But... what does siding with Prim get you? A few speed potions and a ring you won't use and can't sell.

However, if you're wearing Blackwater gear, you're all in or all out. Don't expect any half-measures to work.

I only hold onto some Blackwater gear because I hope that a future version will have a way to remove Blackwater misery.

Well you can substitute the BlackWater Combat Rings with other rings for a stronger build but with the rest of the gear it is best when used as a set (And even better when the Pro Skills are added)
