Healing in battle

Has anyone noticed that if you open you're menu while you are being attacked, the monster attacking you gets an extra round?
Gold:60576/ Level 38/ Exp: 1039004/ AP 3/10/ Attack chance 189%/ Attack damage 27-32/ Critical hit chance 20%/ Critical multiplier 2/ Block chance 26%

This is already a reported bug that will be fixed in the next release.

hm, i think that this is not a bug. healing yourself in fight costs ap; when you spent all your aps - it´s the monsters turn....

I meant that between the enemies last attack, and before your next turn, if you open the menu, the enemy gets an extra round before you can attack or heal.
