how does the necklace that our brother left in Stoutford work with these builts?

Well, it takes 1-2HP every round, and gives you 1-2HP on every hit. So if you have multiple attacks per round (i.e. a low attack cost) and you land enough of them you can gain HP during combat. Outside of combat though, it just drains HP.

Note that in Stoutford you can buy another necklace that gives HP on every kill.

I'll often switch to *Blade of the Defiler* to build up HP if I'm just wandering: I don't usually use it when circumstances are more demanding.

i just needed a name to play through 0.7.3 and thought well if my brother was named Andor ... well, maybe ... I m Bendor!
