Game Balance on higher levels

Hi all,
it's been a while since I was active in here. It's great, that the game and the community are still alive.
I just continued leveling my character and have now reached level 88 -still, I'm very far from having the skills I wanted to have (character is a dual wield build with focus in criticals).
The questions I was asking myself is, how the game balance of the future content is going to look like -I think most of the players on higher levels do not have a challenge anymore.
For myself, the only thing left are the runs around Lodars Cave on the Hirathil Ghosts. With Cleave and the usage of two Blackwater Daggers I'm nearly health stable with not looking on groups or trying to seperate single opponents. So I guess with a second skill level in corpse eater the runs should be completed without the use of any potions (I have a ridiculus amount of health potions due to my search for two Rols). Other regions with monsters who are not immune to criticals are even easier -critical hits are around 270 to 290 damage per hit, so most monsters are dead with one single hit.
Are there (far) future plans for something like a second level of difficulty with higher experience rewards or will there be a strong increase of strength of creatures in the new regions? And if yes, will there be more possibilties / quests for players around level 50 to get progress in leveling?
