How about counting scores the following way:
- Each completed quest grants 10k points
- Quests involving killing a boss count double
- Divide your score by the sum of total exp and killed monsters.

The highest score wins.

Edit: finding the least rewarding path for a quest can yield a better score.
I missed the part where you said "Highest score wins"

Read back through my original rules.... we're looking for the LEAST AMOUNT of EXP. THAT is what makes this a real challenge.... with a truly defined winner.

The person with the MOST quests completed --- with the LEAST EXP --- is the #1 winner here. (With room for #2, #3, #4 to follow)

My thought was the more difficult Quests --- I have it in me, Prim / Blackwater, etc. --- would grant you a subtraction of points from your overall grand total of EXP. The harder the quest, the more you'd be able to remove from your overall EXP score.

Does that make sense?

That was my point. Score = Quest points / ( total exp + kill count ).
The more quests done, the higher the score.
The more kills, the lower the score.
The more exp, the lower the score.

Please give an example of your thoughts. I'm honestly trying to follow them objectively.

Say you completed 3 quests, including the rats cave in crossglen that involves killing a boss, and doing so, you gathered a total of 1728xp and killed 38 monsters.
Your quests points are 10k+10k+20k =40 000.
Your divider (penalty) is 1728+38=1766.
Your Gandhi score is 40 000 / 1766 = 22 (rounded down).

Zukero wrote: Sat Sep 02, 2017 12:21 pm You of all people should know that. Mahatma Gandhi was a great Indian lawyer, who fought for the independence of India through non-violence. He won the peace Nobel prize and is considered the father of the Indian nation.
GHANDI[X] GANDHI[O]

Sorry, but I wasn't able to ignore the spelling mistake in the main post.

Edit: also all the non-violent act of Gandhi were non-religious :geek:

so back on topic..
This is really a good challenge :D

Sorry I didn't get the sarcasm about an horrendous spelling error. It's really strange I could consider you not knowing about that great man (one of my heroes of all mankind) before looking for another reason
