Only thing I see it do is spawn the lizzards at the gate of the castle.

Other then it spawning the lizzards outside the castle gates. Which is a cool idea.

From testing with it in my inventory and without it in my inventory. It seems to spawn lizzards when you have it in your inventory. And when you drop it no lizzards spawn.
