So, I got myself into a bit of a pickle. I made it to lodar, reaching him on the very last bonemeal potion I had. Now I have to defeat the hira'zinn, but I'm getting mobbed and killed before reaching it again and again, losing whatever xp I had with no hope of leveling up.
Since I slept at Lodars, that's where I'm transported on death, so it seems like I'm never going to be able to escape, and at that point, Lodar won't sell me any potions, so it seems like all the time I had put into that character is lost.
Any suggestions?

Try a hit and run technique, until you get enough gold to buy the potions or sell items so you can buy the potions

Okay, like an idiot, I have the same problem. So I am grinding to get back out. The question is: which Stat should I use my points on AC, AD, or in BC in your opinion?

Your AC and BC are good (especially AC). Your AD is kind of low, so I would put it in that. Also, the Hirathil are immune to critical hits, so the crits from DoSP do not really help. It doesn't help you now, but once you get out of there go get a Sharp steel dagger, and switch to that for crit immune monsters (i'm guessing you have the dagger proficiency skill). Or, do what I did for my main build, and also get the proficiency skill for one handed swords, which gives you a lot of weapon options.

Consider those Hirathil ghosts with around 160 block chance, your hit rate is less than 70%. They also have crit immunity and 10 damage resistance, which means that you can only deal 15-22 damage and have less than 70% hit rate.
It's unlikely for you to eliminate a Hirathil ghost in a single round, which would make you surrounded by more of them. Even though your block chance makes them have less than 40% hit rate on you, you are still not gonna survive if they congregate
Here I assume that you don't use hit-and-run strategy
Your expected damage output on these ghosts per round is about 38
50 more attack chance would increase it to 45
10 more attack damage would make it to 60
Therefore, you should go more attack damage for your next 10 levels
