There are many tips around here. Look at the existing posts or search for a specific topic.
If you have questions, you can also ask them.
Asking for general tips is a bit too vague, and your mileage may vary.

I am level 41, I was in Remgard now in Stoutford, I need help in finishing the quest A difference of opinion, I need to find Mazeg! Where is Mazeg?
