how to save or update 0.6.10

It's not clear what you want. Do you want to save a copy of the 0.6.10 installer, or update to the latest version? To update, just install the latest version from Google Play. I don't have a copy of the 0.6.10 installer. I can provide 0.7.1, but not 0.6.10.

Either you downloaded the game at least 7 years ago, either you downloaded a rip-off of the game. These clones pop up every now and then, violating the open source license of Andor's Trail, generally adding ads and/or trackers to it.

As already noted, 0.6.10 has not been the official version on Google Play for a long time. Installers are signed, and you can't "upgrade" unless the signature of the new installer matches what you have. Apparently, it doesn't, so you are presumably playing a rip-off of the game.

It does not mean your save is lost. There are good chances that after you uninstall the old app and install the real one, you will be able to load your save.
