Ancient Wolf and the rotten meat

So to the south east of fallhaven near an abandoned house with a haunting i found and killed an ancient wolf which dropped a piece of rotten meat is there any quest related to that or are there going to be ?? If not then i may have an idea for a new quest

If it were quest related item, it would have that yellow background.
It is not a rest find. Although rotten meat was recently added a couple of versions ago.
