Found this cool weapon (spoilers hidden) as a loot drop from a monster while grinding for XP. I don't think it is sold by anyone in the game.

What's really interesting is the juicy DM and the fact it is a 1H weapon, which makes it a notch better over Skullcrusher, and even the greataxe which comes with penalties.
I'll take the Stunned effect over confusion, dazed or fatigue anyday.

I am near L30 and after CS2, I can have 2 swings per round! Totally a keeper!!! Just finished the Devastated land quest with the weapon, just 1 hit on those nasty wasps and BAM!! DEAD.

Please increase the chance percentage in future updates. 2% is really low

The reason it's only 2% is because it would be OP if it were more

Spend over 2 hours with the weapon and not a single instance of stunned so far

It'd be great if it could be upgraded just like the dark protector.

10% might be viable, imo and I support osh's request.
It's 2 hits per round, so 1 stun every 5 rounds. It'll be noticable, potentially increase survivability/decrease potion consumption a little bit, but won't be a game changer.
It definitely should stay below 20% to prevent frequent stun-locks of enemies.

Stunned is a very powerful effect. It completely cripples most monsters, which is why the chance is so low. It was meant as a bonus, not a reason to choose this weapon.
