I think the closest we are to a famous weapon is the ROLS, but the Sword of Shadow's rage and Elytharan Redeemer are in its shadow.. for lack of a better phrase. Maybe a good buff will make them more popular, or a rework altogether... we'll see!

Eh, the RoLS is famous because of the small stones method of tracking how long it takes to obtain one. That can be altered by using small stones as a common drop in all areas where an extraordinary/legendary item can be obtained. Which would be a good way of identifying an area that is not pertinent to the story but has something of interest...

Has anybody seen one of the new items from the beta so far?

I can't remember the names but l, yes I think all of them. But then again my mf is 66

Maybe, but I doubt it. The legendary item is in a new area of the game, so as you explore you might get it. Even with MF 66 your chances of doing so after 100 kills is only 29% though (and after only 10 kills it's a mere 3.3%). The extraordinary item is in a part of the game you have already visited, and I have not said where, so unless you played through a lot of the existing areas again, and were lucky enough to get the drop, you don't have it.

I will tell you that the new legendary item is a helm. The new extraordinary item is a shield. I will not say any more, because you really don't want to waste time looking for these. If you get one, your savegame will not be compatible with the release version of the game, so you will have to give it up.

Its still fun and i would still grimd a second and third time to get the items. Im very ocd about stuff

There are lots of new items, but only one more legendary and one more extraordinary item available by rare drop. Legendary items are only available this way, but there are other ways to get extraordinary items (e.g boss drops).

Since Samuel is no longer around... Is it time to unpin this thread and start a new one that includes the new items on the first page?
