Phew! Finally the valugha's shimmering hat DROPPED

Took lots of reloads. Was about to give up after getting tired of grinding for it until it showed up.

Seriously, I hate this loooooooong %chance to drop the items. Should be shortened to 1/500 kills

Trying to get Black Defender. I am at 2270 crimson jelly kills. The drop chance of it is 0.1%, right?

Has anyone had any success in getting a hunter sword ??

I have killed over 1500 demonic arulirs, and 1000 gornauds. Still the weapon hasn't dropped yet.

I find the "1/1000" itself misleading. As per the spreadsheet, the probability of even 90% chance requiresat least 2000 kills (in case of extraordinary), then on what basis is the 1/1000 chance of drop rate mentioned?

This long drop rate chances seriously needs to change. I hope more players put pressure on the developers.

The least I expect from the game is a guaranteed drop of 1/1000 kill. This shouldn't be left to chance completely.

In about every 1000 parallel universe you get this sword on first kill.
So you just live in the wrong universe 😉

But how is the factor of 1/1000 determined if it's all about the %chance? Including the measure items?

Even the spreadsheet seems to contradict this claim.

Isn't it possible to at least increase the %chance corresponding to set number of kills. Yes, I know about magic finder, and I am asking for a change to the %increase in MF itself per skill point.

I mean, at least give the players some incentive for all the grinding work that goes into hunting for these items. It will take 5 long years at the current drop rates if I have to get all the items

The MF skill should be changed for its usefulness to the players with greater drop chances every skill. This shouldn't be hard for the developers to reconsider.

I normally don't get mf until level 36. By then I'm wrapping it up being completed in the content
But I get everything before I hit level 60. And the xp you get from the Azuril is high so that should say something. But I never do anything more than 2 mf. You don't need them to beat the game. It's nice to have if you want to have everything in the game
