Sorry for asking, but can we play this on the computer? I didn't look yet, but all I know right now is that I can play on Android.

This is for Android devices only. If your "PC" runs Android then you are ok, if not then your out of luck.

Yes, pc can run android with http://www.android-x86.org/

I use this in a virtualbox virtual machine when I test andors trail development (it's much faster than the android emulator).

All android is is a very modded version of unix. There are a few programs for Ubonto that let u run android apps without having to duel boot or run emulators. They are very cpu intensive though.
