Better Criticals requirement
The description for the Better Criticals skill states "To level up this skill, you need at least level 2 of the More Criticals skill", but I was able to get level 1 with this skill with only 1 level of More Criticals, so I think the "2" is a typo, and should be "1"?
At least I hope that is the case since I don't want to lose my skill in the next update

The description tells you what you need for the next level. If you are already level 1 of Better Criticals you will need level 2 of More Criticals to level it again.

No problem...
I don't know how useful Better Criticals is. If you have decent damage, there are not too many things that you can't one shot that you could by adding .75 to your CM...
