When you use first 5 AP to attack and second 5 to heal, you must press End Round to continue the fight. It's only a small bug and just slightly annoying. This bug is for v0.06.11.01a but thought you'd like to know. ;)

To summarize: When you take a potion by using the quickslot and your amount of AP left falls under the minimum AP amount to make any action, the round will NOT be ended automatically.

I think from what DarkSavant13 is implying though is that it should automatically end. If there's not enough AP left to initiate any moves (flee, attack, item) then the should automatically end. I remember the first time this happened to me and i thought it was a bug. I've kind of got the hang of it now so if i can anticipate needing to use a potion in a round i do it as my first action. I'm so lazy to reach all the way up to that button............

Abolutely, kerasi. I guess I'm that lazy, too, lol. :P Just seems to throw the fighting rhythm off. I mean, why have a quickslot heal if I have to click something I'm not used to clicking. ;)

Sorry I didn't see that it had been posted before. Used different words than that person had in my search.

Combat is getting a major overhaul soon,
and this "situation" is being left it on purpose.

(rather than take it out - then make it function properly)

overhaul the combat system

(put it back in - then make it function properly)

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

see those neat little spaces in the combat screen?
we might get to fill those up with actions that cost differing AP...
(aside from Attack, End Turn & Flee)


but Oskar is even keeping secrets from us!

(i actually brought it up in a recent meeting too!)
that's how i got this much out of him!

i would say more, but they know where i live!

I can't wait to see what he comes up with next.

With the new ways to use AP i am sure alot of new styles of play will be coming up and people might start using more weapons than the 3 or 4 that almost everyone is using. :)
