Saving Error

I don't know what really happens, but I go to save with low hp, and if a monster comes and attacks me and kills me when I hit save, the game file gets corrupted. It won't let you load the file. It gives you a Force Close option, or Send Report. Thankfully, I save my file on multiple slots. I think the game should freeze when you hit the menu button as a possible solution.

Weird bug, i cannot reproduse this one. Hopefully this issue is already solved?
