Zoomed out bug

I'm on moto version 7.1.13 and every 10 or so hours it gets stuck in zoomed out mode. Yes I checked the settings, and its on full screen. I've tried turning full screen off and on, no luck. Reinstalling does work but I really am not up to wasting phone data on constantly reinstalling it every day. A fix to this display bug would be greatly appreciated as I don't have another device to play Andor's Trail on and I've been enjoying the game.

Sorry to hear about your issue. We will do our best to try and track it down, however, issues that only occur on a specific device are hard for us to fix. This is mainly because we only have a very limited number of devices we can test with. We might need you to provide log files and further details if no one on the team has your device or can't reproduce the issue.

Is that a moto g5 plus ?
We received two reports of this issue with this device on Google play.
If you don't want to waste phone data to reinstall, just download our apk directly from here: static/AndorsTrail_v0.7.5.apk
You'll be able to reinstall at will, even offline. In the dev team, we keep swapping versions, so I keep the gplay version at hand this way.

Could it help to force close Andor's Trail? You can do it at settings/apps then find Andor's Trail in the list, go to details and then force a stop. Or maybe by using the app switcher.

I'm up for proving Log Files I just don't know how to get them from a mobile device.
