Thanks. I found the bug and fixed it.

i pull the bell 4 times. times go on when out of the church nor doing the quest at brimhaven the bell rang 4 times.
i pull the bell 6? i forgot then times go on again quest water. it rang again 6 times.

does sound delay? lol hahaha i remember the movie interstellar at when he stuck inside the book shelves.

It's not you that's ringing the bell.
