Dagger quest in Prim

My problem on this quest is that I have acquired the dagger, but when I go back to Bjorgur to return it to him, the dialog doesn't allow me to even mention that I have it. The quest log says only that I have met the grave robber who was wielding it. As I'm typing this, I'm wondering if I'm just sposed to return it to the grave instead of to B .. will try that next ... but it seems odd that I can't even tell B I have it, nor does the quest log acknowledge that fact.

You do have to return it to the grave, when you walk up to it a dialog box will open.

Thanks! Not sure why that didn't occur to me at the time. Still odd it doesn't affect the dialog with B.
