Not sure if it is possible or practicable but would be fun. Some oober strong mobs that do respawn. They do not have to have legendary drops or extraordinary drops. Kinda similar to the oygeth (sic) crystal mobs but they respawn. Let them have high exp or gold drop. Or if you want to incorporate a consumable legendary drop like a special potion or special food with awesome regen and buffs. Just an idea.

Which part of the map? I would suggest somewhere near Charwood or the Green maze. Or perhaps in a new area not yet released?

Maybe open up a new area going to Remgard in the mountains or maybe through the mines to the west of Prim...or in the mines in Charwood there is an opening blocked by some plants or something in the left side of the mines....Also the location could be out west of the crossroads way past the bridge troll and gang of miscreants?

There's plenty of places we could put something like that, but the real question is whether we want to. There was never any intent to turn AT into a grindfest. The extraordinary and legendary items were added to the game to give people something extra to do between releases. You can get as many of them as you want, but from a practical point of view there's never any point in having more than two (and usually not more than one, or even more than zero). Adding low chance, high value drops just leads to an endless boring grind to get those drops. It's better to have high value items from sources such as Lodar. You need a lot of gp to get them, but you can get those gp in a number of different ways.

Yes the grindfest for legendaries ect. is boring but these mobs maybe not have legendaries but extreme stats and xp. They could be just random oober mobs that are super tuff to kill. Just an idea if it dont happen no big deal lol. If it does happen make it look like the green maze was a leisurely stroll through the park singing disney princess songs and having liitle rabbits and pixie fairies come out for a sing along.

I could envision having a stupidly difficult mob with one boss you can get to with a very nice drop. So you can attack the mob as many times as you want, but there's only one boss drop

Now that is a good idea I like where you are going with it. You can also hit and run but you got to becareful because they can swarm you? Would be an epic dungeon lol.
