Discrip: Wing of an Allaceph that was cut off and re-enforces to make a shield.

5% to blocking all actor conditions

Spikes wing shield of attack:
Discrip: wing of an Allaceph re-enforces and spiked. Can be used for attack and defense. 2 handed weild.

On target:
30% chance of feebleness
20% chance of internal bleeding

Monster drop:
Any of the Allaceph

I would go for them only because I'd want to keep my collection complete, at least on my main build.
On my other builds, I probably won't, nothing really screams "legendary" about them, and not sure they even have that "extraordinary" quality.

Maybe if the wing of attack could also cause weapon feebleness since it came from an Allaceph?
