Or "Reflect attack"? Two levels available. Minimum requirements are 3 or 6 in the Dodge skill. Level 1 gives a 10% chance of reflecting 10% of the damage, level 2 gives 20% chance of reflecting 20% of the damage. In either case, there is no damage to you. It can't be too powerful, because it's costing you nothing out of your turn to do damage to your opponent, while blocking all damage to you. Or perhaps it should not block all damage to you? Perhaps the 90% / 80% that is not reflected makes it through to you (subject to BC)?

it should only block the amount of damage that is going to be reflected back to the enemy.
