Reputation

Since there are several factions, I am proposing a stat called Reputation. So, this can be presented something like the following:

Reputation:
  • Feygard: 786
  • Nor City: 25
  • Thief Guild: 122
  • Whatever factions the game will have: 98
The greater the number, the closer the Hero to that faction. This numbers can increase or decrease based on the choices made in quests or actions in the world. If you reach certain amount of reputation, let's say for Nor City, you will gain access to some more quests related to Nor City, or may be access to some facitilies or shops.

May be adding more factions, like Warrior/Gladiator Guild, Merchant Guild, or anything that can enhanced the open world of AT.

Not a good idea. It's like removing 'role' from role-playing for decision making required to engage the players on the cause and effect situations in the game world.

I like the present approach seen in some quests. Your role in any faction is judged by the decision you made

Actually, it is a great idea, thank you. Andors Trail has always been about making choices, judgments, and the like. Then having to live with the consequences of those decisions.
