Me, almost 68, wife will be 70 a couple of weeks later.

It's not something that's ever bothered me as a numerical thing, but it's not a lot of fun when the body starts to go wrong, mine still works as well as can be expected, but the wife's is pretty much farked.

Meh... I've had arthritis since my teens so it's nothing new. Just crackly-er.

No, saves aren't linked to Google play.
You can set up sync of your saves folder with any cloud storage provider though.

How long until a update comes out?

We never give a date, because our lives are not totally under our control. We allocate what spare time we have to AT (you got such a quick reply because I happen to be at the PC working on AT ), We are getting very close though. We are cleaning up the details*, and then we will post an alpha build to these forums. The more testers, the better, but the savegames will not be compatible with the release to Google Play, so testers will have to repeat things. A second chance to get it right?

*We are not creating any new content for the next release, just cleaning up what we have. The new UI is done and tested. So really, it's down to the details.

I have a major announcement to make. Like, really major. As in Major

We just completed all the tweaks etc to the last piece of content before the next release. That means we are down to testing and fixing any bugs we find. We don't expect to find many, because we have tested everything multiple times already (although zizkin just found a rather important one, so they may be there; thanks zizkin). The dev team will just give all the content one final run through, and then...

...some of you can expect to be drafted into the testing battalion
