We tried to, it would have been nice. But no, the next release won't come in 2020.
Most things are done by now, but review and internal tests together with their fixes will still take some time. And of course there will be some time for beta test.
You'll have to be patient a bit...

So Santa will skip our hero's house, or maybe the whole AT's world altogether.
