Hello how many completeable quest are added and who do i need to initiate it with?

I would have loved to see more put into the dead man's band. They could have done a little Devil went down to Georgia thing.... You get challenge to a music play off by the undead. You have to compile a song and play or they attack you.

There was 2 quest added but only one you can complete.
One is a guy in a bar. (You will need to find him in every bar/tavern) another is a guy that gives you a mermaid scale
