It would have to be very high level. Some of creatures added into the newest version have HP in the 100-200 range, so that's a lot of AD to get a one-hit kill.
Edited: changed listed HP range from 200-300 to 100-200. The 200-300 was just for a couple boss monsters.

Oops, I was looking over some of my notes, and only the boss monsters go over 200 HP. But still, 100-150 HP would take more than 1 hit if you're using the Quickstrike dagger (or hand to hand) unless you've really build up your AD.
I always thought it like a dead smile...what about like 40-50 damage, an insane amount of ac and high resist? Like yes to bark skin, and having lots of resist and decent bc gear that dont lower ac much, and a high crit rate?
sounds very aggressive, and im the last person to tell someone to hold back!
and a dead smile?
makes me think of the old-school X's for eyes on the dead.
a little macabre... (NICE)
back on topic i guess - haha...
i have the quickstrike dagger equipped on my new lvl 50
(8 saved skill points - so it's the most dependable without skill bonuses)
though, when i finally loot my RoL - the QSD is going in the box back home.
---edit---
[i did take Increased Fortitude 2 & Combat Speed 2]
[but the rest are saved for when the new skills come out]
[well, testing them before they come out too]
