Where do I find the irdeghs for the potion? I have gone to the east but can't find any of those creatures for the poison gland.

try this......
you need to cross the bridge maze on the way to remgard. start at the iqhan cave entrance and go 2 screens right and 2 down. cross the vertical bridge and go right, a long,long,long way to the right past the erumem lizards to reach the maze. the irdeghs are east of the maze. they are the green ones with many arms

As Stoodge says earlier.. there are some snakes (two kind of them) who may drop this item, but it is a long trip to east..

There's 2 different paths going east. The one you need for the Irdeghs is east of the Iqhan caves, not east of Loneford. BTW, their poison is worse than the regular kind.

Thanks guys! That helped a lot! Also thanks for the welcome, but unfortunately I forgot my user I created over a year ago, so im not new here. This is just my new user.

I still have no Idea where to go! I've gone right from the Church where you get the quest to collect the ingredients, are you talking about the same cave where you get the helmet??

No, you have to go west of that town, then north, to where the Iqhan caves are, but instead of going in the caves, keep going east. There used to be nothing there, but now its been expanded in this last update.
