AT on Blackberry Playbook

Being "welcome" is not the concern. I am fearful of the forums bring flooded with BB related questions that can't be answered or questions that will confuse future players on an android device. Not to mention the BB users that come here expecting to read about issues related to their playing environments only to find that these threads are related to android.

I highly doubt that will happen as the Playbook wasn't exactly a major seller in the Android space. Besides even if we see a large influx of Playbook users we can easily set them up their own specific section. The same goes for any operating system/specific hardware that Andor's Trail is ported to. If there are enough people behind it we have no issues with accommodating them.

While this community is and for the foreseeable future will be mainly focused on the Android development of Andor's Trail the more exposure to more people that we get benefits everyone.

Example, BB users posts a question about a force close issue that occurs when they do X. This may frustrate them that we cannot help. Not to memtion it may confuse a android user. This is assuming they even tell us that they are on a non-android device. Development team may "start chasing a red heron".

As far as this example goes, c'mon your a software dev, what would be the first two things you look at if a program you have distributed crashes? You find out what version are they using, and what hardware are they using it on. As I stated above we can direct people to infsega or the support email on the Blackberry Appworld page for technical issues or if there are enough people to warrant their own section on the forums.

I'm happy that people want to play this on Playbook and are able to.

I wish they would give credit to Oskar in the description of the game because that is the first thing I would put in the description if I was a coder and ported AT. To not do so seems a little shady, like you want people to think you totally created the game, which seems shady to me. Sure, it gives credit in the help/about section, but how many players actually look at that?

I may not agree with how they've done things (it's a bit shady), but since they don't violate the GNU, there's nothing really to do about it. And, at least people can play on Playbook.

i already been through all the areas but i still dont get any new quests. I still have quests like:
1) search for andor
2) lost treasure(heartstone)
3) a lost potion

Is there any chance to get other quest? Having a hard time to search for a new quest because some roads has ended.

Those three quests are not currently completable. Based on your level I would ask if you've been through the Prim and Blackwater areas yet. I don't know if there are any quests up by the Iquan but you could certainly use that area to level up some more which you may need for the new 6.11 areas. I do know there are a few new quests over there but you'll have to ask someone else for more info on that.

While we're at it, can someone else who has completed all completable quests let me know if I'm missing anything besides the new 6.11 quests?

When I check some post on how to go to remgard and followed it but I can't go through going to east. The map is still incomplete going to remgard using version 6.15 on bb pb.

Ahh, that can be problem because most of the people here do not know anything in this copyed game. Ask support in bb site. I suggest that every question when playing in bb should be posted hefe:

I think, ill just boost my level up while grinding for some items in bwm or in gargoyle.

I hope that the developers brings out the latest version on bb pb like on android devices bec on my fist post about bb pb 6.1 a developer said that 6.15 on bb pb is equals to 6.11 on android devices. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1743
