Extraordinary and legendary items

I think you can at least sell Extraordinary items, because I'm sure I had sold some of the Chaos Reapers after getting over 50 while leveling up in the Iqhan caves. You might get a warning saying its a rare item (same for items labelled as "rare", in addition to Legendary or Extraordinary).

Or maybe its only if you have more than 1?

Hmm. I have 249 different items and then of those i can not sell:
-Other 4
-Legendary 3
-Extraordinary 3

Just double checked on my main game that has all the L&E items.

You can't sell Legendary items (RoLS, ROL, ElyR) but you can sell Extraordinary items, including boss drops that are also labeled as "Extraordinary" .

So no buying the whole store with a RoLS, but here's what you get for the rest:
GoLF: 332 gold
VSH: 551 gold
SRoV: 2641 gold
ShaF: 436 gold
ChaR: 289 gold

For boss drops, you can sell: Flagstone's Pride (2983 gold), Dagger of the Shadow Priests (13 gold), Stone Cuirass (2126 gold), Irogotu's necklace (26 gold), Wolfpack's animal hide (103 gold), Venomous dagger (don't remember how much, because I sold it early on).

Boss drops you can't sell: Sword of Shadow's rage, Barbed dagger, Shadow of the slayer

One thing doesn't make sense though - the Villain's blade sells for 1414 gold, but the Dagger of the Shadow priests, which has better stats only sells for 13 gold? Unless its to discourage selling a one-time only item.

I have the RoLS and the skill regeneration. I notice that my health increase +2 each round, but the blue label/icon above my characters head is +1. Is this a bug?

No this is not a bug, The Rols gives you the +1 from Shadow Regeneration (that one is visible), but HP that is gained from the skill Regeneration does not flash above your head.

(also the Rols regeneration does not stack so wearing 2 doesn't give you +2)

Well after getting my first RoLS I quickly I tried to get another. I gave up on a 2nd RoLS after 2226 small rocks, once I read that the Regen effect doesn't stack. I might go for the 2nd later on for the stats boost, but I did pickup 12lvls and over 1200 regular health pots. Just got my ElyR after 130 bones, hoping that the RoL goes as quick as the last two items have.

They're more for collecting rare items, but I disagree that the 2nd RoLS isn't worth the effort. Even without the Shadow Regeneration stacking, it has the best aspects of the Villain's Ring and the Polished Ring of Backstabbing in one item.

I'm not saying it isn't nice to have but it is much easier to get a Polished Ring of Backstabbing as compared to an RoLS. I devised a simple scientific formula to quantify my point "WorthItNess = Awesomeness / Effort". My computer is still doing the calculations but preliminary results indicate the RoLS actually has a low WIN value.

I do wear my second RoLS because it does have awesome stats but had I been a better reader and known that the regen didn't stack and is was unsellable, there is no way I would have gone through the effort to get it. I shouldn't complain too much though; my second one didn't take very long at all.

Also, I would like to take this opportunity to point out how much better this forum is than any other I've found so far. For instance, Mino politely disagreed and then backed it up with facts.
