I think, teleportation is a nice idea but you should bet only be a able to use it after a quest in which you have to go at least 2 times to a far place. So it's sure that you already made your way to a region where the monsters are far stronger, for example the path to Remgard.
By the way, this name wasn't invented by Oskar however by me.

Teleportation would be easy to build in the maps. You would only have to draw a mapchange tile which leads to another far place. What do you think about a teleportation room in the area of Mt. Galmore? This would be an idea for a quest.

Well, unlocking teleporters to go to far away dungeons could be useful, to xp etc. If you add a little settlement with quests, a bed and a merchant outside the Mt. Galmore it could become an interesting part of the game.
A repeatable quest in the Mt. Galmore? New Legendary/Extraordinary/Rare items?

How big is the dungeon you designed?

I didn't create the dungeon so far ;) But I'm quite sure about the size of 15+ maps of the cave.
I'm sorry but I don't understand what you mean with a repeatable quest.
It would of course be wonderful if a new legendary item is added. There are already so much extraordinary items in the tough word of AT.

I agree with fast travel but we would have to strictly regulate it otherwise nobody will walk again and we would end up just fast traveling/teleporting everywhere (as I ended playing TES: Skyrim).
Here's my idea:
There should be a Scout/Guide in every major city who can take you to another major city.
further ideas:
- this should be only possible when you have already reached the destination at least once by foot
- Main cities: (at the moment) BW Mountain, Fallhaven and Remgard. (The other cities are quite close to these 3 (you can already teleport to Prim from BW settlement))

These Guides should ask a consistent amount of money, I would say something like 20% of your total money. We can change the percentage value but I wouldn't recommend a fixed amount (like 1000 gold) otherwise it would be too expensive for players at the beginning of the game but it would also be extremely cheap for people at 40+ level with a lot of money.
I am thinking about something similar to the lost exp when you die, if I recall correctly you lose a fixed percentage of the exp you gained from your last level-up right?
Opinions? :D
