I don't remember exactly, but you have to side with Blackwater Mountain. You either get it from killing the leader of Prim, or as a reward from the BWM leader.

I gave up on my first set months ago...

Once I get started on something I tend to keep going.

Originally I just wanted to get what seemed most useful, so a RoLS and RoL were at the top of my priority list. Then the ElyR came easy when I went up BWM for a bit of variation and found that I had accidentally picked it up. After that it wasn't a large step to go for the full set. Of course the RoL took ages when you can only grind like half the imps because you can't get past the Guardian (quest log shows I decided not to help either Prim or Blackwater and I cannot get the quest that lets me kill it started as a result) and pretty much all other items dropped far later that the drop chances suggest. For example, the ShaF dropped after 60 Jinxed Rings and one of the RoLS after about 6400 rocks.

Of course if any of the special weapons turn out to be single handed I might have to pick up another one... Which is also why I went for 2 RoLS.
