Not a bad idea, but it's probably not enough to get me to unequip the marrowtaint.

Lol... so it's either not powerful enough that you'd wear it over a current item or it's more powerful than that item and is overpowered and shouldn't be in the game? I think something's going to have to give. Either accept that there can be new items that are more powerful than the ones you have now or create an item that you can obtain earlier than the equipment you have now but which is slightly less powerful.

Currently there are folloving types of necklaces, I list the best of them only:
-DR, Necklace of the Protector DR+2, HP+5
-AP, Marrowtaint AP-1, AC+9, BC+9, HP+5
-BC, Shielding necklace BC+12
-AC, Iqhan pendant AC+6
-CC, Necklace of strike CC+5, HP+5

Marrowtaint is currently the ultimate necklace and aweilable only if you schoose the righ (or wrong) storyline. Dont try to make any better items now. Instead I suggest to you fokus on better CC, AC, BC or newkind of item (something like resistance).

Dont get me wrong, my skill of english is poor and I can be easily misunderstood and get misunderstandet

IMO, there should be better necklaces in categories of AC, BC and CC.
