Sorry for the late reply...I've been on a real-life hiatus.
Do you have to do Vacor's rift quest to get the boots? I've been avoiding it as I tend to role-play "goody two-shoes" characters.

Yes you do.
If you are a goody two shoes, you can end up killing Vacor and end up with his boots instead.

Completed Quests

I searched through the forum and didn't find any lists of the completed quests so sorry in advance if one already exists...

The 16 completed quests I have are:
Breakfast bread, Rats!, Missing Husband, Rat infestation, Disallowed substance, Fallen friends, Key of Luthor, Drunken tale, Calomyran secrets, Ancient secrets, Missing pieces, Night visit, Trusting an outsider, Kaori's errands, Uncertain cause, Spies in the foam.

Am I missing any quests thus far?

There are a total 19 quests u can do, 16 can be completed, and 3 that can't.
Level: 18, XP: 102435
Gold: 5132, RoLS: 0, SR: 46

my incompleted missions are

search for andor
a lost potion

Heartstone is not available in this game version, also u cant complete " search for andor" and " a lost potion""

Oops, who assigned it?, that would be in fallhaven but this has already been talked about in the first page of the forums
