since 6.12 i can't solve this quest any more with a new Char.
The Priest in Loneford do not give the choice to getinfo about the drunk.

Did you ask all the ppl in the quest? Even the farmer in the field? The guy in the house in the middle of the village? The guards from Crossroads? Then ask the priests?
