No, I sided with Prim, but I am back to the 3 uncompleted quests that I had before. Did you go back to the quest-starters and report your actions?

The agent and the beast
completed, but I haven't even started the quest called
Lost Treasures
. This makes me happy that I have something else to do somewhere. Off to find it...

Just to double check i understand what you said, you sided with Primm (in did too) and you have the Agent and the Beast quest finished? Do i have someone i need to go speak with still?

You just have Search for Andor, Lost treasures, & a lost potion still unfinished?

Yes, that is what I said. I finished the Agent and the Beast quest even though I sided with Prim.
The last line in the quest log says something like: Since I have sided with Prim, Harlenn no longer wishes to speak to me.
So I think I told him I was siding with Prim before I went down to Prim and back up the mountain to suggest that he leave Backwater. (I did not kill him.) If you skipped that conversation somehow and either killed him or drove him out, you probably can not do anything to end the quest now.
I do indeed have only the three "original" quests uncompleted after my trip through the new content in the BWM complex.

I agree, I only have 3 unfinished missions left after completing the expansion on Prim's side.

Where is the proof?

A lil help guys. This is my 1st post. I'm siding w/Blackwater, however where do I find this proof that the king is looking for. I hv been up & down the mountain. The prism king keeps telling me to go away because I'm a traitor. Help

I'm confused. I only have 2 unfinished quests: Search for Andor & Lost Treasures. Can someone tell me what I'm missing?
