The update is being worked on slowly since last june (if I'm not mistaken).
A few additional maps have been developed already (looking into the development discussion) and I would assume that the next update will be released around summer
It seems it will not include Nor City or Feygard (the map-developer for Nor City seemed to have quit the dev-team), but more on the north-east (Arulir mtn.) part and the south-west (Stoutford).
If they are to include Nor City (as it is the next part of the Searching for Andor-quest) it may be at the very latest around July-August
Not much about the development is included here in the forums (apart from a few pointers), so it is hard to tell what's being worked on right now
