Blackwater gear or no, the fighting proficiencies are huge. especially dual wield, when the pair of AC bonuses adds up. I used to go for crit skills, but now I find them off secondary importance. CS2, IF, Regen, and max out the fighting skills. On any build. Spice up from there with Evasion, CE, Taunt, whatever...
