Why 13 AP?
Just wondering why 13 AP cost. Almost impossible to use.

I'd wondered that initially myself, but with a little thought, a high end character dealing plenty of damage with one hit and using an object to lower the AP cost by one it's a feasible weapon. I've used it a couple of times but wouldn't use it in circumstances where I need 3 or 4 swings.

Because I decided, on a whim, to create a weapon with the maximum possible attack cost that can actually be used in the game. It seemed like a suitable thing for a troll to have
