Unusual achievements and experiences

Two of the unusual experiences and achievements were somehow unfinished,

one was a swimming lesson, clicked on the spot, nothing happened; the other was thrown from the tavern,

also clicked on the spot, nothing happened. Can someone explain how to accomplish these two tasks?

I think if you have a older character and did the quest and tried to go back and do the achievement it won't let you

Correct. There are a couple where if you didn't do them, now you can't. They don't count for anything though, they are just collectors items.

thank you all! Finally solved the confusion that puzzled me for a long time. Now that I've reached level 130, all the quests that can be done have been completed, all the extraordinary and legendary items have been obtained, and I even have at least two of each of the five legendary items.

Where to go for swimming lessons? Can this be completed only after you break the dam in brimford AND BEFORE you rebuild it? A little help is appreciated

It looks to me like you know where the location is.
The dam can be reconstructed and broken again as many times as you want. You just got to find the right NPC.

Is the npc in east or west brimford? Or somewhere else entirely?
