greetings everyone! i'm new here. i just want to know if it is true that i need to kill a thousand gargoyle servant to obtain a ring of lesser shadow? if it is true, are there any items/equipments that needs a certsin number of kills before obtaining?

You don't need to do it. If you want to get one, then you may get lucky.
The ring and all the legendary and extraordinary items are not needed and were only there for collectors

It's not worth the effort. It degrades the ring IMO

this BD is kinda hard on my current game. i got BD before, but now i already killed 600+ crimson jellies, leveled up 3 times but still no BD

BD = Black Defender for those readers that don't know.

At 600 kills, you still have 400 more before you are unlucky
