But cant we make traversing a little less time-consuming...?
You could also make a struggle...
For instance, something like "Ancient Monoliths" could be added to the game where you need to finish a specific quest in a SPECIFIC way.
Or we could also use the "Lodar's activation vial" id suggest the option of being able to sell the vial for a high price and as a consequence not be able to access FAST TRAVEL.
