Maps Problem
I played here a few years ago and wanted to return to the game. I have my save file, but unfortunately, I'm having trouble transferring the maps from my old phone. Should I compress the map images using WinRAR and open them in the game? Alternatively, can I find any maps to download on the forum?

Re: Maps Problem
Use the import export functionality in the "load" window within the game

Re: Maps Problem
And where am I supposed to find these maps on the old phone, and how am I supposed to pack them later? On the old phone, I have an old version of Andor Trail, and there is no option to export the maps, and unfortunately, updating is not an option because this phone is barely functioning.
Will these maps work for any character, or are they somehow encrypted and work only for one specific character?

Re: Maps Problem
In the same folder where you had found your savegame is a folder worldmap that contains many small png files.
Zip the folder worldmap, transfer it to your new phone e.g. to Downloads.
Then use the Load >> Import worldmap function to choose this zip file and so import these map files.

Re: Maps Problem
The worldmap files work for any character, who has done the same things. E.g.if he had opened a door and sees it in the map, then any other character who has opened that door would see this map in his worldmap.
But there is no set of worldmap files to download.

Re: Maps Problem
Unfortunately, I'm having trouble connecting my old phone to the computer and transferring those maps... Couldn't someone officially share a file with all the maps? It's not really a shortcut since they won't display anyway if we haven't discovered them before, so why not? Back then, I think I had discovered all the maps, and rediscovering everything from scratch is a nightmare...
